Does anyone have any good recipes for potato mushrooms? Snjezana graciously brought a bunch of them in, we took a few home, and now we're looking for good ways to cook them.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Mickey, potato mushrooms Cataphalasma Ventricosum are very meaty mushrooms. Great in fajitas as a meat replacement, chili, stews and soup.
